Join AVDA in congratulating Stephanie von Stein Schusterman, our newly appointed Board Chair. We look forward to a year of growth and achievements under her leadership.
Stephanie von Stein Schusterman is the Founder and CEO of von Fab Group, a luxury retail, business, and consulting firm that launched at SheSpace in Houston in 2023. Prior to founding von Fab Group, Stephanie served as a senior executive for globally recognized luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, CHANEL, Bottega Veneta, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Stephanie has a professional and personal heart for her community and has touched many arts, charity, and philanthropic organizations. She has volunteered with AVDA for over 10 years and has served as a dedicated board member since 2021. Stephanie is incredibly passionate about helping people who are caught in the cycle of domestic violence and hopes that the U.S. will one day pass domestic violence laws like “Jennifer’s Law” in Connecticut regarding coercive control.
Stephanie is a devoted wife to her husband Dr. Mark A. Schusterman, a world-renowned plastic surgeon, and a loving mother to three beautiful children. Stephanie and Dr. Schusterman enjoy spending time with their kids and serving the needs of their community.
