AVDA is grateful for its generous community support, and promises to hold all donor information in strict confidence. We will not sell, loan or otherwise provide a donor’s personal information to any other organization. And while we will keep your contact information on file so that we may continue to inform you about AVDA, we will not keep your credit card or other sensitive personal financial information on file. AVDA’s Annual Report will include an account of donors who supported the AVDA mission during the year, and the level at which they gave. Please know that you may opt out of this acknowledgement should you choose.
Safeguards and procedures have been implemented by AVDA staff to maintain records, ensure accuracy and to prevent unauthorized access of information.
